We care about the environment and have policies in place to make sure that when we carry out a house clearance, we dispose of any unsaleable items or rubbish properly.
Should items from the clearance be unsuitable for auction, we donate as many as we can to charity and recycle as much as possible, so that very little goes to waste. We work closely with registered charities, including St Catherine’s Hospice and the British Heart Foundation. Should you wish to donate house clearance items to a specific charity, we will be happy to arrange this. Any remaining items are disposed of according to Environment Agency Waste Regulations; we are licensed waste carriers.
